Replacement electronics

In conjunction with our ‘Rolling road GUI’ software, ESR has developed a complete set of replacement electronics for your existing rolling road. Our solution can to be retrofitted to any two-wheel and four-wheel drive ‘Hofmann’ or ‘Sun’ Rolling road.

We supply a complete set of electronics to replace your current control electronics, including Strain gauge, Speed sensors, Handset and Gauges. These utilise your existing mechanics, i.e. rollers, air brakes and retarder. Each replacement set can be tailor made to your exact requirements, i.e. horsepower, speed, gauges (analogue or digital).

In addition, two-wheel drive rolling roads can be upgraded to a four-wheel drive rolling road, using our proprietary hardware and software.
